Another weekend comes by, and another Yugioh tournament to attend.
I just can't believe I didn't go to yesterday's tournament. My will to not sit on a bus for an hour beats out my want to Yugioh.
:\
So on to today!
Playing my latest deck, Scraps, which I believe is unbeatable in the right hands.
There was a big showing today, only about 8 or 9 players, and half of them were pretty noobish, with uncompleted decks and whatnot.
But hey, it's summer.
Some of the key things I saw today during the tournament:
1) Breaker is actually useful in Scraps. Not mained IMO, but sided. As a rather offensive card, it forces Warning and other traps.
2) Dimensional Prison is rather boss. Play with it wisely.
3) Chaining Scrapstorm to Dimensional Fissure means you get a Scrap Dragon. Don't be an idiot and not chain it.
I'm an idiot and didn't chain it.
Well, there's one new move I learned today. If I knew earlier, I would of been First instead of Second :(
The Turbo Pack 5s were rather nice. I pulled a Snowman Eater, while 1st pulled Colossal and Laquari.
Those could of been mine...(>.<)
Just goes to show that if you think you're pro, you need more practice to keep learning.
Thanks for reading the post!
