    Does it work during the damage step?

    Also the 2 beasts in the grave requirement makes it seem too situational to be really effective.

    Green Baboon no longer works in the damage step, due to a re-ruling.

    Yellow Baboon does, however.

    And two Beasts happen a lot more often than normally expected.
